I got this to work. Basically just put the extension number for VoicemailMain in Voicemail User entry on the bt web page. If you want to have it automatically goto your exten., then
in extensions.conf
exten => 5,1,VoicemailMain(u${CALLERIDNUM})
in sip.conf
callerid="Your Name" \

worked for me. although it pauses before going directly to the mailbox

I'm in the same boat - have my extension/mailbox # specified in the phone but still when I press the message button what the phone sends is a INVITE sip:\000\000\000\000sip.wsc.edu;user=phone

instead of providing an address. Did you get this fixed?

Has anyone got the Message Button to work on the BT101/102s? I have MWI working nicely but when the user goes to press the message button nothing happens. I have tried SIP:voicemail@asterisk.server but it does not work.
