No Ringing/Enaged Toen between Cisco 7940G and Tornado M5 SIP Phones

I'm wondering if someone can help with this bizzare problem

The set up is a NET VX900 call server with Tornado M5 (SIP) and Cisco 7940G phones (Sip software loaded)

This issue is that if a cisco phone calls a tornado phone the caller from the cisco does not know if the call has been established, as there is no ringing tone / engaged tone.
But the call is actually established and rings as expected on the Tornado and if the tornado is picked up the call is as per normal.

This happens on the same LAN and across WAN’s.

Also only happens between the cisco > Tornado!

Cisco > cisco. Tornado>cisco. Tornado > Tornado. All function as expected.



Does anyone have any ideas. If you need any more info, please ask
