I hope someone can help me out. As a bit of background, I took on a role of IT Manager for a company with about 30 staff. The phone system, which was 1 month old, was supported by a third party, and I was told I wouldn't have to deal with it - which I liked because I didn't know anything about VoIP technologies.
Now, we have a Snom M3 handset that used to work, but now doesn't do anything. I would really like to get my head around the system; however of all the hundreds of pages of help, there is nothing that looks like it can help me.
Basically, I can't even get the web interface to show up, it will not pick up an IP from the DHCP server.
The original support company will not return my calls or emails.
I have a Tribox with Asterisk and FreePBX, several LInksys SPA942 handsets, and significantly less hair than when I started messing around with this.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the handset to at least let me see the web interface?
