Well you need to interface your existing phone system with their SIP service. Are you running asterisk already?
As for the recording there are solutions based around asterisk that will allow you to what you need.

Hi,
I am new at this voip thing and i need some help.
The company that I work for has to mace 16 000 phone calls every other week, for this stupid project....
We would like to use http://www.voicetrading.com/en/index.html this service, because it is cheap. What software do we need to use for this services? Is there any that can record the conversation? Is there any free stuff for this?

I appreciate any solution or any documentation related to this.

Thank you for your help
