I am using a Cisco Call Manager Express (Cisco 2821 Router). I am connecting to it using the WAN link (REAL IP), say extension 500 as DID, which I have kept as source IP in telephony-service
The issue is that if I connect to my call manager using the WAN link and if I am behind, there is NO AUDIO at all for outgoing calls (i.e. from call manager to PSTN)
The incoming calls (from PSTN to call manager) never gets connected as I am behind
So is there a way to solve the problem like by enabling STUN or something like that?
Please help me as I have to finish off a project and the customer is getting on my nerves.
