While it would not be trivial, you could build this solution using FreeSWITCH to deliver the calls. However, there are services out there that can accomplish your goal. One example, is www.tellblast.com, which provides the ability to automate the delivery of voice messages to a list of phone numbers.

Voicemail/Outbound IVR

First up.. I'm not a developer and I'm new to this forum..... But I've been searching for a product to solve the service I'm trying to create.

So our CEO likes to do a Weekly Voicemail broadcast.. But we don't have a centralized voicemail system for all of our locations.

So what I was looking for is a way that users can call intbound to a IVR system (SIP) and enter the callback number to subscribe/unsubscribe to the broadcast.

Then the CEO would have a mailbox to leave a message and then the system would Outbound IVR call all the subscribers to get the message... (Outbound IVR would need to know if person answers or voicemail answers before playing back the message.

Anyone heard of such a system.. Can this be done with Freeswitch?
