A third party has installed an CRM Solutions with a voice gateway Asterisk in order to manage inbound and outbound call.
When Call Recording Tool is activated on the Asterisk, my users have bad communication with several lost voice packet and can't hear very well the caller.
My Ip Phone are 7941 Cisco and have SIP settings made as we can find in this site.
Is somebody already met this issue ?
