I have an asterisk-based pbx running on a Dell PE 410T server and everything is working fine. My users have a softphone installed on their machines (eyeBeam v1.5) and they can place calls or receive them without problems when they are connected to the LAN with a cable (wired network). The problems comes when they connect the eyeBeam to the asterisk through Wi-Fi (wireless network), they can do the same as wired but during their calls they expirience some little cutoffs every 1 or 2 minutes.
I'm using Cisco Aironet 1200 access points and there is no problems with the power, signal or strengh. The wireless connection never drops.
It is an AsteriskNOW 1.5 version and also has the Digium's g729a licensed codec.
The help I need is to know where I need to start checking?? or Is there a known issue with the APs? has somebody the same issue/scenario?
