I have a 3 location customer. they have IPitomy Asterisk based systems. I have a problem with two of the sites connecting using Branch office. For example: Site A can call site C but can't call site B. Site C can call A & B, Site B can call C but not A. the IT company managing their network swears that nothing changed. this had worked for several months. I deleted the Branch office connections that were having problems and rebuilt them with new names and passwords. they still won't connect. So I am back to the IT guys right?
