The VoIP System Engineer will be responsible for design, installation and support of VoIP application, hardware, and converged solutions. This person will coordinate strategies for defining, deploying, and maintaining Allied’s IP telephony voice communication architecture and its associated network connections and component hardware. This includes managing engineering projects for VoIP initiatives, assist in planning technology roadmaps, and configuring and optimizing VoIP/IP-PBX telephone systems and services, both internally and those integrated with Internet-based services. The VoIP Engineer will work closely with other Operations, Engineering, and Sales teams to help define and document solution requirements.
VoIP Engineer duties to include:

• Internal Stakeholder Training.
