IP550 caller ID shows sip address, not number

I have a Polycom IP550 that I got used, I'm using it on RingCentral.
Incoming caller ID shows up as an address- "sip:2125551212@10.10.3.119:5070"
I've set up other IP550 phones that were new and the caller id shows just as the number.

Does anyone know where I could look to change this?
