Polycom330 not able to configure with sip2sip or callcentric

Hi I am new to SIP tech I have Polycom 330 sip phone and I am trying to used with any SIP server I already transfer boot and generic file to phone and and assess the web page of phone and try different setting with no luck any help is prefabricate.... thanks in advance.
