Philips Sopho IS3000 Trunk Asterisk

Hi, i need to manage a new project. I have to connect a Philips Sopho IS300 with a server Asterisk. The Sopho has two ISDN calble to PSTN. Is it possible with an ISDN or Sip Trunk? I supposed that i have to connect an RJ 45 cable from Philips to Asterisk (ISDN card or Patton Gateway). Someone has succeeded? I don't find on line documentation. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
