hardware video codec --help

hi all, i want to kown if there is anyone implement video codec(ex:h.264) by hardware(ex:PCI/PCI-e hardware)? and the use case is that we use the hardware's codec API to implement video encode and decode in real time, is there anyone help me,pelase?
