Use Realtime feature on Asterisk CHAN_MOBILE

Right now I'm trying to use the feature "Realtime" to configure the chan_mobile.conf file.
But I don't have succeed.... I'm think that "Realtime" doesn't allow configure the module chan_mobile....
There is another way to configure dinamically the content of a .conf file.
Can I set configuration parameters from CLI promp????
I really sure that any Idea will help me, I'm really stuck.
