Cisco 7941G Standalone SIP Registration Stuck

Posted:Sat 19 of Jul, 2014 (12:17 UTC)
Hi,

Hoping someone can help. I've updated the firmware on a cisco 7941G to SIP 9.3 from SCCP. All has loaded fine via a local TFTPD32 server. I'm running the phone as a standalone connected to a residential router. I've natted the router via DDNS and configured the UDP on the firewalls to route incoming/outgoing ports to the IP phone. The router has been configured to assign the phone a specified IP which works as I'm able to see the web interface locally.

No error messages appear after connecting the device to the router however the phone is stuck on registering - it doesn't authorise or fail. The status messages don't show the phone looking for the sip proxy (not sure whether it should, though it did when only connected to the TFTPD32 server). There is no PBX - it's a standalone direct to the SIP provider. I've checked the SIP configs via a softphone and this works fine, but not from the 7941G. The cable is a Cat % straight through and it's connected via the SW port.

Configs are as follows (I've tried many media port settings to no avail as I had read high UDP ports from the 7941G could be an issue). username/password removed:
