Call Center Reporting Software

We are new to Asterisk. We have an Elastix server up and running pretty well. What we now want is a great reporting software. We have tried Asternic and QueueMetrics Pro. The problem is the reports that are available. WE MUST have Call Dispositions (ie: what the call is about). I think QMPro calls these "Call OutComes". These must be customizable and reportable via automated/emailed reports. We also MUST have Agent Login/Logout reports via automated emailed reports as well. Aside from that, the standard queue reports by agent and by queue, with hourly breakdown, etc... The QMPro software gives us reports, but after several conversations with Mirko at Loway, the Login/Logout (what they call Payroll reports) is not working and may never work. And if it ever does work, they do not plan on having the ability to automate/email these reports.
We run a fairly small Call Center of less than 10 agents with only 3 queues currently. Does anyone have suggestions of software that will perform the above?
