Use genuine switch or softswitch that can avoid fake calls. SyncSwitch is best for this purpose. If you use poor quality VoIPSwitch, then it is not possible to stop such fake call.

try to use iptables to block them( iptables -A INPUT -s 5.11.45.103 -j DROP ).

The calls you get are spoofed calls and even if you try calling them back, the number will, most probably, be directed to some other user who'd sound as petrified and fed up with receiving such calls. so never call them back. It's a TDoS attack!.

Unknown Callers

Hi,
I have been using VoipSwitch Ver. 1.9.8.0(known crack) Sometime getting calls from unknown IP 5.11.45.103, 188.161.244.116 etc. (Palestinetinain Territory). Called same destination by different users. Please help us how can stop these type of calls.
