Hi, quick update to let you know that I tried few minutes ago to set Disconnect on Broken Connection = No. I'll see if it has an impact and let you know!

International Call disconnect at a random time

Good morning,
I have an Audiocodes 1000B ESBC configured since a year and everything is working correctly so far except a recuring bug with international call.
I'm calling from Canada and when my user are calling to France, for example, they got disconnect at a random time. Can be 5 minutes or 50seconds.

I first open a ticket at my SIP trunk provider and they said they fixed my issue but not sure if the problem is really them. When I connect my user to an Internet SIP trunk provider, I don't have any issue because I'm bypassing the SBC.

Is there a configuration on the Audiocodes 100B ESBC that could create a call to disconnect like a silence detection or Re-invite-ack issue?

I can provide sample of my SBC ini file if needed but I search more for direction of where to look at.
