Posted: Tue 15 of Jul, 2008 [13:15 UTC],I'm seeking quotes (and clues) for a 30 seat call center. Each seat sources 45 calls/hour, for 10 hours/day, 6 days/week, from "now" until the first week of November. All calls are to POTS subscribers in the metro Columbus, Ohio area (614, 740, 937), and the calls will originate from 614.
