Some thoughts

• VoiceMail app should use djb's maildir format for storing voicemail, would make managing voicemail WAY easier, there are already maildir-enabled tools out there
  • need to address the widespread use of app.c "app_hasvoicemail" and "app_messagecount" since it does not call into the voicemail module
• dialplan and manager commands should be added to allow for reload of a specific extension and an entire context, in addition to the ability to reload the entire dialplan ( extensions reload )
