Our setup with a metaswitch

Our provider has a metaswitch behind a "SIP friendly firewall". They seem not to use any of the MD5 secrets as required above. This is how we got it working:

insecure=invite
type=peer
host=<hostname>
realm=c<hostname>
qualify=yes
qualifysmoothing=yes
username=<10digitphone>
nat=yes

Metaswitch and AAH 2.2

Anyone done a SIP trunk from an AAH 2.2 box to a Metaswitch?
