Terrible equipment with terrible service

The unit worked for about 3 hours before becoming non-responsive. All of a sudden customer support doesn't speak English. Stay away from these units. Now I see they posted a letter saying all of their units are defective. I've been trying to get mine replaced for 3 weeks with no success.
