I have made this page in attempt to start some kind of abuse listing - similar to IP ban lists for SMTP servers etc..

The first one to add to the list is:

• 216.68.11.28 - Fuse.net / Cincinnati Country Day School - Abuse report filed 190506 - No response or action taken by ISP as of 190506

Regularly opens up 400 calls at a time to my servers echo test.. causing it to run out of pipes and stop accepting more calls on any interface.
