Alcatel 4400 with NDDI Trunk

Some Alcatel (Alcatel-Lucent) vocabulary:
- Z or SLI port a FXS type analog port (so you need asterisk with FXO like X100p or TDM400 with FXO douther-boards)
- NDDI or APA port a FXO type analog port (so you need FXS port on asterisk like ATA gateway (Sipura, Linksys, etc) or TDM400 like board with FXSports).

Minus: for caller id you need on alcatel side LICENSE for Z/SLI or doutherboards on NDDI/APA side.

on alcatel side:
-manage trunkgroup (NDDI type), put trunks into that group

on asterisk side
