Objective: Implement QSIG ETS 300 258 - Path Replacement (ANF-PR) . Asterisk will issue PR to QSIG switch on transfer. Must be able to verify that this works with Nortel Succession or Meridian PBX connected to Asterisk via a QSIG trunk.
