333Error starting Asterisk Launcher

I am running Asterisk Launcher on Mac OSX 10.4.3 and each time I start the application I get a pop up saying "Startup Item not installed. Click OK to install." I click "OK" and get the following error "System Events got an error: A priviledge violation occurred. (-10004). I click on "OK" in the alert popup and the app runs fine from this point. Can someone help me out?
