What causes the counters on the Queues display to reset? It appears random from the observations I've had.

SIP/XXX (Do-Not-Disturb) (Idle) has taken no calls yet
SIP/XXX (Do-Not-Disturb) (Idle) has taken 1 calls (last was 5690 secs ago)
SIP/XXX (Do-Not-Disturb) (Idle) has taken 1 calls (last was 10705 secs ago)

No reloads/changes but the above 3 users have taken around 10-15 calls in the past couple of hours.
