Asterisk audio convert module

Now, the module have it's homepage at http://redice.krisk.org (Thank krisk17 for the free hosting). Go there for detail infomation. DO NOT use the version download from this wiki page please, it may broke your asterisk from work when convert to some format (eg: g723).
