DPickup

Asterisk now comes with its own directed Pickup application, see bug 4865. Due to a naming conflict with the bristuffed Pickup application, the Asterisk pickup application is renamed to DPickup in bristuff >= 0.3. The syntax is the same as described in Asterisk cmd Pickup.
