Asterisk web-based call center

CallQast is a web-based call center solution based on Asterisk PBX. CallQast use AJAX technology, meaning that it provides a dynamic, full featured application by only using a web browser. Agents and administrators can control calls, watch live information, receive real time notifications, generate reports and a lot of other things using only a web browser.

CallQast can be used from any platform Windows, Linux or Mac and agents and administrators need only a web browser and a phone (classic phone or VoIP) in order to use CallQast.

CallQast can integrate in its interface any web-based CRM (ex. SugarCRM), issue tracker or bug tracker.

Features:

  • everything (from call control to administration) is done using the web interface
  • agents need only a web browser and a phone (classic phone, soft/hard VoIP phone)
  • real-time information about agents, queues and Asterisk in the web interface (using AJAX)
  • multiple inbound queues which can be managed dynamically
  • remote agents
  • call recording
  • conferences
  • agents can transfer the customer between queues
  • agents can transfer the customer to other extensions
  • agents can transfer the customer to another specific agent
  • agents can invite other extensions to participate in a discussion
  • administrators can listen, intervene or hijack the customer while an agent is talking to the customer
  • integrates with web-based CRMs, for example SugarCRM (retrieve caller information from CRM and integrates CRM into CallQast web interface)
  • reports containing agent activity and charts
  • IVR front-end

In development:

  • outbound calls
  • control multiple interconnected Asterisk servers
