333Another Tab

by syquoatwork, Thursday 07 of April, 2005 [18:51:24 UTC]
Can you add a another tab that will show the number of calls in the queues, the longest hold time in each queue, and the agents logged into the queues in a very large font, even if it scrolls so we can display it on a large monitor for everyone at our helpdesk to see. Any help on this would be greatly appriciated, at our old call center, they had a display board that showed this info for the agents on a scroll screen, and we are looking for that same function with asterisk. Thank You

333feature request

by jlcurty, Thursday 24 of March, 2005 [09:20:01 UTC]
Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to set my own SLA, calls answers within certain time like after 15 seconds or 4 rings to see Service level in the queue panel

is it possible to add the possible to extract statistics for queues ,
number of incoming calls, answered within the sla, beyond the sla, lost calls , login logout agent times , number of calls per agent and so on,

thanks
Jean-Louis

Bummer!! It's a great product and I'm sure you'd find a host of people willing to help you make it even better than it is today. i.e. see: Asterisk ;)

333Monitor

by Byock, Wednesday 23 of March, 2005 [17:10:53 UTC]
I must be blind, I cannot figure out how to monitor a call. ()

Other than that, it looks great, can't wait for the ZAP support. ()
