Hello all. I have been tasked with setting up a training call centre for our College. It will be set up in a training room. There is no need for an external line as all calls will come from withiin the call centre itself. We have a supply of computers and monitors. We need phones and would like them to be powered via usb/catv? we also need software and a crm. Can anyone here give me some guidance at all? Many thanks. Alex.
