Robotic Agent

Robotic Agent campaigns have the ability to dial campaigns and play automated messages to the target numbers. Using advanced text to speech technology, the Robotic Agent can include dynamic information from customers’ account records. Example applications include debt collection, credit card fraud management calls, and soliciting regular orders from customers. Once connected with the called party, the robotic agents play out either text-to-speech or pre-recorded messages, and uses DTMF touch tone input from the called party to either put them through to a real agent or to progress their call using further pre-recorded messages.
