Signed up for their fax service. Very helpful in meeting our business needs.They helped trouble shoot a third party solution which they did not have to do. I am able to speak to anyone and get a consistent response. This is hard to find these days

I signed a 3 year contract with them two days ago... I still have no number no user account information, no engineer to provision my phone no nothing. I contacted the sales guy all he said is he would contact his engineering team yesterday. You should have to wait days on a new turn up for a voip phone. I don't know if they have a good network or not but as far as a relationship goes with them I would stay away. IDT Corporation owns this company

We are a new customer with phones all over the country. Their customer support walked us thru the set-up - could not have been easier. Phones are very good quality and audio is perfect. I would recommend Net2Phone -- Price, Quality and Customer Service top notch. Even after hours you can talk to someone

Most of the time the service is working some days the people on the other side tell me its choppy and i need to call back when i call back sometimes its much better and other times i give up and i use my cell phone. Don't get me started on customer service you can be on hold for ever and a lot of times they don't know answers so there for you get passed around or they say they will have someone call you back within 24hrs and sometimes they do call sometimes they don't and i have to call them multiple times . There prices are great and features there are a lot of them most don;t seem to work on my phone but that could just be the phone so that i cant say

We recently just ported our lines from Phone.Com to Net2Phone. The process to port the lines over was time consuming and seemed to take a long time to get down, however, I don't believe that was due to Net2Phone. So far, we have had great service and satisfied with the move. Saving a few bucks a year is also an extra added bonus

I switched to Net2Phone, and it is adequate to meet my business needs. I was looking for a solution to utilize a web app that would me help manage calls and messages from my cell phone, versus getting e-mails. Haven't had that work yet

We have had Net2Phone for a few months now. The price is quite reasonable overall and was a big factor in our decision for selecting an International dialing plan. Also several countries are included in the price of the monthly plan, so that was attractive

Our business is heavily reliant telecommunications for providing customer support to our various chains throughout the world, and while Net2phone certainly has some advantages over traditional telco providers, their customer support department has proved incapable time and time again in providing support in any of the issues at hand and an escalation of the matter took me to a representative of even less caliber in India (?) What prompted me to write this review and pull the plug is the latest reply related to an inconvenience related to static and dimished quality for our entire organization: "Are you using wired/wireless headsets? If so, please check the headphones connection is secure, or if you are using an IP phone please ensure that the device is compatible with our service". What??? We will not be renewing our contract

We have been using Net2Phone for most of 2014 now and have found it to be very useful for the way we run our business. The pay as you go pricing model is convenient for us, and the long distance rates for when we need to make long distance calls are affordable. I would recommend net2phone for business SIP trunking or hosted PBX service. Also, there are no contracts involved which is refreshing

After various bouts with their customer support department we pulled the plug on their enterprise SIP Trunking service. Beginning with the complicated configuration we had issues with illegitimate charges and charges for calls dialed to any number imaginable (ex. 1-312-000-0000) you would be charged for the call despite it obviously being a false number. Final thoughts: You will have no problems paying for your service, but when it comes time to support good luck. And as an industry pioneer I expected more from Net2phone.

There aren't many companies that can combine all the necessary aspects that go into offering a great service but Net2Phone is definitely one of these companies. Not only do they bring together all the variables that make for a value-adding service, their general approach, business acumen, and deliverables are right on target. As such, we wanted to take the time to say we are more than impressed with the service we got from Net2Phone. Call quality has been exceptionally and constantly good, we've always been able to talk to a representative whenever we needed it, the pricing is phenomenally competitive and the overall service just brilliant.
