Forward on Busy/No answer transfers to another extension or number if the called line is busy or does not answer. If the user has call waiting, the 'busy' transfer would only occur if the user issued the Disable Call Waiting code before dialing a call, or while the user is dialing a number and has not yet connected, as they cannot interrupt a call being dialed. This would be different from hunting as this feature would use the same number for both busy and no answer, while hunt is used only for busy.

This feature, if activated, would probably override transfer to voice mail.
