Have used voiptalk.org in the UK for nearlly a year now and have always received an excellent service. Call costs are low too. They support both SIP and IAX. I'm actually using SIP with my Asterisk installation.

Just relaying the info from my bad experience with voxbone.
I ordered a local and toll free DID from them. Some people were not able to dial the local DID, and they could not resolve the problem.
They also required a $100 startup for tollfree credits, which isn't refundable.
Don't make the same $100 mistake I did.
