What is included in the course fee?

In addition to the exclusive Small-Office Communication-Solution training course and your meals, you will be given the following devices to take home:

What does the course cover?

Our training course is designed to cover every aspect of our devices, with particular emphasis on the needs and wishes of the course participants. The course is made up of the following elements:

• Introduction
• Presentation of the solution
• Auto-configuration – a complete VoIP telephone system in 30 minutes.
• VoIP provider or ISDN line – it makes no difference
• DSL line with limited bandwidth – solution: Traffic shaping
• Fax and VoIP - work well together
• Routing – using VoIP providers and ISDN line at the same time
• Special settings – conference calls, mailbox, etc.
• Practical exercises

What does it cost?

If you register before February 15, 2008, you pay only 499 Euros (instead of 911 Euros for the equipment alone). For those who register after that, the cost is 599 Euros . The closing date for registration is February 25, 2008.

All you need to bring is a laptop. We provide everything else.

The product package offers a complete communications solution, whether the components are connected to the ISDN network or they dial a VoIP provider.

The products are preconfigured and work with an automatic configuration system, which means that you need to do very little to get them up and running or to make modifications.

Each product in the package is technically coordinated with the others. Connect them to an existing Microsoft Exchange server to integrate voicemail services and display a list of missed calls in the email programs used by your employees.

If the VoIPBox is connected to a VoIP provider, the various compression standards used and state of the art fax transmission via VoIP ensure perfect communication. This also holds for the VoIPBOX BRI integrated bandwidth management system if the DSL line being used has limited resources.

Another advantage of a new installation: each workstation only needs an Ethernet connection. You do not have to lay additional ISDN cables.
