As VoIP business users in Dubai are being blocked. Many users are turning to VPN solutions to allow the ability to use VoIP and get around the current blocking issue. Agilevoice is basically a great product, I've been doing extensive research on a larger number of systems before settling for AgileVoice. But I've regret this decision when I bought the product, when after trying to get features working for hours and there are things that I need for support, nothing!!! this what I get from them, even a paid support no response.... is there anybody here who can support us.

I recently started the development of an universal glib-based library for telephony Least-Cost-Routing.
It doesn't require any datebase backend as it reads all information about call destinations and providers/tariffs from XML files (one file for each country and one file for each tariff).
The idea is an simple LCR solution for the "normal" user, so all information required to set up the LCR should be available to the public. Further, I want to support quite complex rate setups as they are offered to individual customers, including peak-time/discount-time, (monthly) free minutes or free credits, etc. As it will be a shared-library, it will hopefully be easy write interfaces for Asterisk, other Software and maybe even embedded devices (but I don't know anything about those things)...
For now, after just a week of spare-time coding, I got an (almost) complete algorithm to classify any kind of phone-number based on information available to the public (so licensing a numbering plan database is not required!). I will start with the provider/rate setup today...

Its going to blow the socks off any of these 2VA or other billing solutions.
This is being embedded directly into asterisk, No agi's, no overhead, complete speed!
Coder is very well known in the asterisk community.

We no longer have to wait until it is too late to see who did what, We now has hourly updates on phone usage with the new 2VA VoIP Asterisk Billing Solution.
We see customer and phone number details. Additionally, We can see stolen or unauthorized usage not setup in 2VA VoIP Asterisk Billing and deny usage or if it is a client that was not set up we can subsequently set them up into our system, almost automatically. If we decide to change pricing or update errors, unprocessed calls are re-processed each hour with the 2VA VoIP Asterisk Billing Solution.
When we implement their new 2VA VoIP Asterisk ReSeller Module, we will be able to enable specific accounts with prepaid balances against daily usage. When limits are reached, the accounts can be disabled.
With the 2VA VoIP Asterisk ReSeller Module we have become a REAL voip Broadband phone company as good as Vonage at least in the eyes of our customers.
