Individual Case Basis - the selected will be compensated based upon their knowledge, skills, and abilities, with salary and benefits determined by current policies.

Definition
This position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual that has the ability to multitask throughout the day, and be able to learn complex material quickly.

Examples of Duties

• Clearly understand our industry and our retail product lines
• Call and visit in person, potential clients
• Communicate our offerings through proposals and presentations
• OVERCOME CUSTOMER OBJECTIONS
• Negotiate long term, mutually beneficial agreements and close sales
• Manage tasks associated with running a sales business
• Assist with other duties as outlined by the regional sales director
• Products knowledge including but not limited to Voice Over IP, IP switching, Ethernet, Fiber and other Broadband services

Skills, Abilities & Educational Requirements
Following are considered to be the minimum necessary to begin performing the required work.

• Bachelor degree
• 3- 5 year of telecom sales, integrated sales, or IT related sales experience and a working knowledge of the local market
• Familiarity of local carriers
