New Dual River Website

by Andrea Hubbard on Tuesday 02 of October, 2007 [02:41:08 UTC]
Dear Daniel

I apologise for the poor user experience you encountered whilst trying to access www.dualriver.com Unfortunately whilst my colleagues are the absolute experts in all things telecommunications, they are not so great at providing clear and easy to read sales information. Which is why they employed me! My name is Andrea Hubbard and I am the new Business Development Manager for Dual River.

I have already started changing the website and if you log on again you'll notice that the photos of the owners have moved and the stuff you really want to know about is slowly starting to appear. Regarding costs, as you probably know, can change all the time and unfortunately for me it's not as simple as stating you can buy x for $10 and y for $20. Another reason for not having costs is that we offer fully customised systems for businesses and before we can even begin to quote we need to evaluate the existing set up and listen to their exact requirements.

If you would like some specific information please visit our website www.dualriver.com and contact us directly and I'm sure we'll be able to help.
Kind regards
Andrea

Dual River unfriendly www

Tried to get info from the Dual River Site (http://www.dualriver.com), but could not get any real info, e.g. price, real features etc. Just pictures of the owners. Anyone knows whether they do fax, and how much the DDI's are?
