VoIPong
An opensource utility to capture and convert G.711 RTP streams into WAV files.
Supports: SIP, H323, Cisco's Skinny Client Protocol, RTP and RTCP.

- OGG Encoding patch for VOIPONG to convert captured wav files to ogg http://www.4devz.com/voipong/
- VOIPONG On-Demand modifications. A server written in C accepts socket connections from a client and then executes a modified versions of VOIPONG to record a single call, and then stop. Still allows recording multiple calls simultaneously. Also a filename prefix is added to the recording to allow for tighter integration with CRMs. http://www.4devz.com/voipong-on-demand/
