CDR in telephony world stands for Call Detail Record. It is also referred to as call logs.
This is the data that telecom companies share with each, and with their customers. It includes such details as the duration and time of call, what number the call was initiated from and the destination number, and so on.
These call logs are important to determine billing, as well as for law enforcement.
