333VPN for VoIP Blocking

Somebody use VPN to solve the VoIP Blocking issue. But it seems not a good way to solve the voip blocking issue. Because VPN will take more bandwidth and will take effection on the Voice Quality
Currently I am using the VGCP, a new solution to solve the VoIP Blocking issue. Following is theirs website:

Sorry, I had some trouble with my internet connection, i couldn't reply sooner.
Personnally, I use active directory and i think the 99aserisk.ldif or other examples schema are not compatible with AD. I'm going to try to extend my AD schema manually with the GUI. I'll post my results in a week or two. All i'm trying to do is to understand witch syntax to use to extend my AD schema...
I am attempting to configure a new Polycom IP 6000 to work with our SIP enabled Toshiba Strata Com Server. We currently only have Aastra 9133i's configured as such:
