aredfox API for PA168x phones

The firmware for these inexpensive phones is becoming open source and will soon be on sourceforge.

Until then, I'm attempting to upload the API obtained from aredfox. If I succeed, I'll try the to keep the latest version up - 1.47 as of this writing
