If you're already a BroadVoice subscriber and you need your SIP credentials, do the following:

  1. Login to the Accout Portal
  2. Click the Account tab
  3. Look in My Devices section for your device and click the Show Settings link
  4. Behold, your SIP credentials

Glenn,
If you signed on with BroadVoice and are using one of their adapters (as I did) and are trying to attach a new adapter, it will take about 5 or more e-mails before they finally get what you are trying to do.

I repeatedly had to explain that the adapter they gave me starting failing and had to buy a new adapter. I made numerous requests to their support and billing addresses asking that my account be changed to a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) account. After about 4 e-mails they responded with the credentials, but still didn't change my account so that I could use my new adapter. After about the fifth request, they finally figured it out and changed my account which allowed me to view the settings from the account portal.

333can't find SIP credentials

Things seem to not work the way described here. Show settings is not an available link, and none of the links that area available seem to display SIP credentials. I am an existing Broadvoice customer, so I was trying to figure out how Gizmo users could call me via SIP, discovered this page, and found a dead-end.
