Accatel’s hosted Calling Card Platform provides a complete solution for prepaid and postpaid card services which includes telephony service logic (IVR), web-based subscriber creation and account management, database PIN creation and authentication, a real-time call rates / tariff engine, and a self-contained billing and reporting system.

The Calling Card Platform allows users to manage the business by setting rates, customizing invoice items (e.g. taxes, per-call surcharges, and other fees) and manage their profits. Because it’s web-based, all changes to the system including rates and other invoice items may be done from any Internet connection, allowing immediate response to the needs and opportunities in the market.
