canreinvite=no
context=from-pstn
disallow=all
dtmf=inband
dtmfmode=inband
fromdomain=sip.broadvoice.com
fromuser={Your BV Number}
host=sip.broadvoice.com
insecure=very
nat=yes
qualify=yes
regexten={Your BV Number}
secret={Your BV Secret}
type=peer
user=phone
username={Your BV Number}

User Context: (leave this blank)

NOTE1: Replace {Your BV Number} with your Broadvoice phone number

Next add a DID Route:

BroadVoice/Asterisk@Home configuration help is also available at the BroadVoice Support Forum.
