I have a problem.
When somebody calls to my call-center hi gets to Queue.
If two calls are waiting in Queue the only one call can go to operators phone. Next call doesn't go to operators phone until the first call is answered.
I understand that it is a FIFO principle. But can I change this queue behavior?
I need situation when all calls go to operators phone as soon as they get to Queue.
Maybe some tricks exist?
