Cisco 7940/60 and auto-answer

Hello! My company have cisco 7941 and 7960 models, and we can't active the auto-answer for headset, in the configuration call settings - auto answer preferences, the yes button is not alowed, "That key is not active here" appears.

They are connected to POE Switch and Asterisk PBX

How can enable this feature?

Im a Spanish user, if you don't understand something, please tell me.
